Cyber security, human risk
Cyber Security Awareness Training
One Australian team keeping your production and office systems running.
| For businesses across Australia |
Your firewalls and antivirus can only do so much. Many attacks start with a person: a convincing email, a reused password, a rushed click. Trouble Free Computing Solutions gives your team the knowledge, skills and practice to become a stronger first line of defence.

Why awareness training matters
Your people are your biggest security opportunity
Attackers know it is often easier to trick a person than to break through technology. One click on a fake invoice or a login entered on a spoofed page can be all it takes to let ransomware in or expose customer data.
Cyber security is now a growing priority for Australian business. Awareness training is one of the most practical, cost effective steps you can take, and it supports the wider security work we do across your systems, email and backups.
Phishing and scams keep rising
Email remains the number one way attackers get in.
Growing expectations
Frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight and growing security expectations put the focus on how you manage risk.
People are the target
Email remains the number one way attackers get in.

How the training works
A simple three-part program that builds real habits
Short, regular and practical. Staying secure means staying aware, so we make good security a habit rather than a one-off session.

Knowledge assessment
After each video, a short multiple-choice test reinforces the key points and shows how well the message landed. It keeps the learning active and helps you see where your team is confident and where a topic needs a second look.
Practise
Simulated attack drill
We run practical, simulated exercises that mirror the training topics in a safe, risk-free environment. Your team gets to recognise and respond to a realistic threat without any of the consequences, which is where confidence really grows.
What the training covers
The threats your team will learn to spot
Topics rotate through the everyday risks that businesses face, so wareness stays current as threats change. Your team will learn about a wide range of cyber threats including common topics such as:
Why it is worth it
Stronger security, from the inside out
Fewer risky clicks
Staff learn to pause, check and question, so fake emails and malicious links are far more likely to be caught.
A real security culture
Good habits spread across the team, so security becomes part of how everyone works rather than one person's job.
Supports good habits
Regular training and simple records help show your team takes cyber risk seriously, which can support your insurance or security reviews.
Part of your bigger security picture
One local team for your IT
IT support and security
Layered protection across your systems, email, devices and backups, looked after by one local team.
Data cabling and networks
Structured cabling and reliable networks that give your security the foundation it needs.
Internet and NBN
Business grade connectivity to keep your team online, protected and productive.

Common questions
Security awareness training FAQs
What is cyber security awareness training?
It is ongoing training that helps your staff recognise and respond to cyber threats such as phishing, scams and ransomware. Our program combines short monthly videos, a quick knowledge test and simulated attack drills so good habits actually stick.
How long are the training videos?
Each video runs for around 10 minutes and covers one topic. That keeps it easy to fit into the working month while still building awareness over time.
Do you run simulated phishing or attack exercises?
Yes. We run practical, simulated exercises in a safe, risk-free environment that relate directly to the training. Your team gets to experience and respond to a realistic threat without any real consequences.
Does this help with the Essential Eight or our cyber obligations?
Staff awareness is a recognised part of managing cyber risk and complements frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight. Regular training and records help you show that your team is being educated on current threats. It will not make your business compliant on its own, but it is a practical part of managing cyber risk, and we are happy to talk through how it fits your setup.
How many staff can take part?
The program is designed for your team, from front desk to management. Tell us how many people you would like to train and we will tailor the rollout to suit.
Can we try it first?
Yes. You can start with a free trial to see how the training works for your team before you commit. Get in touch and we will set you up.

Let's take the tech off your plate
Tell us what's driving your team mad, the server that drops mid shift, the dead spots in the warehouse, the supplier who never rings back, and we'll tell you straight how we'd fix it. No jargon, no pressure.
